GENERAL INFO
Of Swedish origin, I have studied music and modern languages in Great Britain, Sweden and Italy. For the last 30 years I have been established in Switzerland, first in the Lausanne region, later in Biel-Bienne. Since 2000 I live in Schernelz-Cerniaux from where I engage in various cultural projects. I usually spend summer in my native Sweden where I participate in or run myself cultural activities such as exhibitions, music performances and, since 2019, the chamber music festival 'Sommarmusik på Lundsberg'.

"Die Geschichte vom Soldaten - L'Histoire du soldat - The Soldier's Tale" on the PQ long list
The Prague Quadrennial (PQ) Best Publication Award, a project designed to map the contemporary discourse in performance design, as captured in writing, releases the long list of publications selected for competition. The Open Call for this project drew attention of around 60 authors, presenting books conceived in numerous scenographic contexts. The subsequent selection produced two categories of publications; competing publications, that is candidates for the Best Publication Award, and non-competing publications, having direct links to PQ in certain ways. "Die Geschichte vom Soldaten - L'Histoire du soldat - The Soldier's Tale" is among the publications on the long list.

"Three songs to poems by Bo Setterlind" published through collaboration on Look for skill
As the platform Look for skill became public in April 2017, I found a publisher (FemiFicition förlag) and an illustrator (Josephine Skapare) there and “Three songs to poems by Bo Setterlind” (FemiFiction Förlag) became a published reality. The publication is available for sale through Swedish Internet bookstores as of 2017-07-07. The song book contains three poems by the Swedish poet Bo Setterlind, set to music for soprano and piano (1974) and it includes singable translations in English, German, Italian and French. In addition to scores with lyrics, the edition offers the story of how the compositions came into being together with historical clippings from my private archive. Bo Setterlind himself received the songs with enthusiasm in 1975 and also expressed his pleasure at seeing a young Swedish female composer working in a traditional man-dominated art form. Two other Look for skill-members - Maria Jacobson Picasso, soprano, and Veronica Mereu, piano - recorded the songs and a third Look for Skill member, Nora Lune Neftel, made an animated version of the songs which can be heard/seen on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xr14_aB1RLg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZxZcrkbad0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QfzEea9l_o
